Live Arrival Guarantee(LAG)
We take great pride in the health and safety of our animals and are committed to ensuring they
arrive to you alive and in excellent condition.
Guarantee Coverage
All live animals shipped by us are covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee, provided that all terms
and conditions outlined below are met.
Shipping Requirements
- Shipments must be sent to a valid and complete address provided by the
customer. - Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery
attempt. - In cases of extreme weather (too hot or too cold), we reserve the right to delay
shipment for the safety of the animal. - We use insulated packaging and, when necessary, heat or cold packs to
maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must track the shipment and ensure timely receipt of the
package. - The package must be opened immediately upon arrival.
- Any issues must be reported within 1–2 hours of delivery.
In the Rare Event of DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided within the required
timeframe. - The animal must remain in its original packaging for verification purposes.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit (shipping fees may
not be included unless otherwise stated).
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:
- Delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
- Exposure to unsafe conditions after delivery
- Minor cosmetic issues or stress-related conditions that do not affect the overall
health of the animal
